I haven't seen these new political ads for George Bush. These new ads from what I have read and heard pretty much bring back all the bad memories of September 11th, 2001. That's a day I really don't care to remember. A lot was going on in my life at that time. I will never forget that day. Ever. But I can't bear to see the images. A part of me died that day. And I don't particularly want to see those images. I don't know if Bush is trying to use those images for his own political gain or not. I don't really care. I don't want to see them. You try waking up in time to see two aircraft slam into a building and then wonder what the hell is happening with your girlfriend who lives and works on a military Air Force base. I knew I couldn't call her, and I knew I had to wait. But if they are going to drop a plane on the Pentagon, the worlds largest and most fortified military base, what stops them from doing it to smaller bases worldwide and in My home state Ohio's Wright Patterson Air Force Base. For quite some time after that day, any image that reminded me of that day made me sick, and still does. I'm an American and a patriot, and I think the President has made some mistakes as well as weathered some horrible things. But political gain, or selfless motivation, it makes no difference. People are upset and we don't want to look at that crap anymore. So Mr. President take the stuff down and step off. Enough has happened in your presidency, you have declared war twice on two separate countries, in the beginning that sounded supremely cool, now in the middle of it, I find myself wondering why these people are over there and what's going on here at home.

We have enough problems to worry about here on our own home soil. Let the peasants of the middle east take care of themselves. Find Bin Laden and finish what you started and then just go quietly. I'm a Republican and I don't want you back in office. You have defended our country at the cost of jobs and the economy. Just finish the job and take your place in the pages of history. It was brave and heroic for you to deal with Afghanistan in the fashion you did. If I were the President, I would have had Stealth Bombers on their way about 15 minutes after I found out who did it. So you exercised some restraint. And to be honest, even if there weren't WMD's in Iraq, so what. Those people are a bunch of butchers, you finished your dads handy work and I applaud that. Get Bin LAden and get out. I lost a lot that day. Don't utilize imagery of that nature for your own political gain, as it ain't going to work. The American people that don't include the Military and the filthy rich don't approve of you anymore, just get the hell out.
